We source our Tulips locally, and as a result they are a seasonal flower. Availability is between February 1 to May 15. Please note that if you order this product outside this period we will substitute to flowers of equal value.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the driver will attempt to contact them by phone. If there is no answer, a voicemail may be left indicating where the delivery has been placed.
When a secure location is available, the order may be left safely at the address. If no secure location is available, the order will not be left unattended. Customer support will contact the purchaser to arrange redelivery or the order may be reattempted the following day.
Because flowers are seasonal and perishable, substitutions may be made when necessary. In all cases, our florists ensure the overall design, size, color palette, and value are maintained, using their professional judgment to deliver a balanced and thoughtfully prepared arrangement.
Orders are prepared in Toronto-based production facilities.
Final products are assembled to order and reviewed prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our design and freshness standards.
Freshness is monitored daily throughout production and fulfillment.
Fresh Flower Arrangements
Place the arrangement in a cool area away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts.
Maintain clean water levels and top up daily as needed.
If rehydrating stems, trim approximately 1–2 cm at a 45° angle before placing in fresh water.
Remove any wilted stems promptly to maintain overall freshness.
Most fresh arrangements last approximately 5–7 days, depending on flower type and environmental conditions.
Potted Plants
Place in bright, indirect light unless otherwise specified.
Water according to soil dryness; avoid overwatering.
Ensure proper drainage and avoid allowing the plant to sit in standing water.
Care requirements may vary by plant variety.

Alcohol Delivery & Age Requirements
Alcohol-containing products may only be delivered to recipients who are of legal drinking age in the province of delivery.
Government-issued photo identification may be required at the time of delivery.
