Delivery Policy

Toronto Blooms delivers flowers across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. This policy outlines how deliveries are handled, including substitutions, delivery conditions, and factors that may affect timing or completion.


Substitutions & Availability

Some items are seasonal or subject to availability, and substitutions may be required.

When substitutions occur, the overall value, theme, and design of the arrangement are maintained.

Due to order volume, we may not always contact customers in advance regarding substitutions.


Delivery Timing & Availability

Delivery timing depends on order time, product selection, and destination.

Same-day delivery may be available on select designs when orders are placed before the applicable cutoff. Availability varies by date and delivery location.


Recipient Availability & Delivery Completion

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the order may be:

  • Left with a concierge or reception (where applicable)

  • Placed in a safe location at the delivery address

  • Delivered to a nearby authorized person

In these cases, the delivery will be considered completed.

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or unavailable recipient conditions, additional arrangements or redelivery may be required.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including unit numbers, buzzer codes, business names, and contact details.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.


Recipient Contact

We may contact the recipient if needed to facilitate delivery, including confirming availability or access details.


Alcohol & Regulated Items

Delivery of alcohol or other regulated products is subject to applicable provincial, state, or federal laws.

Age verification and additional delivery requirements may apply where required.


Delivery Conditions & External Factors

Delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public emergencies

  • Labour disruptions

  • Holidays

  • Transportation or network issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by these conditions.
